level 53: THE GROUNDING FLOOR
Sleep among the stars.
Awaken above the bay.
The first level of Villa Triplo is where the day begins, and ends, in sumptuous and serene surroundings. The bedrooms on this level experience views (quite literally) above and beyond all others in the building.
The primary bedroom and bathroom suite consume a sprawling bayside corner, while two secondary bedrooms open to a west-facing terrace. Across nearly 6,000 square feet, there are three full bathrooms and a powder room, two terraces, a family rec room, laundry room, and office space. Beautifully textured, plaster-finish walls and diamond-patterned parquet wood flooring fill these private living quarters with a warm, soft light and timeless elegance.

Primo Bedroom Suite
The primary bedroom suite overlooks the waterfront with a deep terrace offering breathtaking views. The suite features lime-wash and plaster-finish walls, rattan-covered storage, and travertine stone terrace flooring and connects directly to a private study and primary bath for ease and flow.

primo bathroom suite
The bay-facing primary bathroom suite is arranged into two distinct zones for spa-like luxury. The marble-enrobed wet room features oversize showers with brass and fluted glass doors, a sculptural soaking tub in viola marble, and an aromatherapy steam shower. The dry room includes dual vanities, water closets, and a separate vanity area with parquet wood flooring.

family rec room
A family room and terrace offer a private retreat for movies, games, or reading. Encapsulating custom oak built-in bookcases, intricate parquet wood flooring, and a minibar with wine fridge and undercounter refrigeration, along with a marble cocktail bar with copper shelving and Italian marble countertops and backsplashes for a luxurious finish.

level 54: a place to gather
life unfolds here.
Up the spiral staircase (or the private elevator), life flows freely. An open and airy kitchen seamlessly flows into the Great Room and Grand Dining Room. This is where the daily triumphs and quiet comforts of family life unfold alongside special occasions, dinner parties, and holidays.
Also on this bustling level, a few extravagant surprises: a tucked-away butler’s pantry, a walk-in wine room, and a dedicated staff quarters and laundry room, if needed. Residents can consult with their Major Domo about staffing, pantry stocking, arranging dinner parties, and more...

culinary arts
Villa Triplo kitchens feature bespoke finishes hand-selected by Charles & Co. Spotlighting specialty Italian marble finishes, a chef’s kitchen with integrated pasta cooker, a full secondary kitchen in the butler’s pantry, and a breakfast nook and banquette overlooking the water.

The Dining Room
The formal dining room is designed for entertaining, with walls of windows bringing in natural light for daytime meals and a chandelier for evening dining. Includes a marble-topped bar with built-in hutch and a nearby wine cellar.

This home is a host’s fantasy.
From the marble-bar dining room, concealed wine cellar, and hidden prep kitchen, nothing compares.

level 55: ALL THE WAY UP
DIVE IN.
THE POOL DECK MAKES A SPLASH.
There’s no higher residential floor at Villa Miami than this. To make the most of the sublime view, a pool extends across the bay-facing terrace, “evoking the feeling of a villa perched on a cliffside,” said designer Vicky Charles. “It’s a defining feature that sets this space apart as truly one-of-a-kind.”
From the swimmer’s vantage point, the water in the pool blends into the bay beyond. Elsewhere on the amenities floor, the essentials for wellness: a well-equipped home gym, steam room, sauna, and treatment room. And the essentials for fun: a bar, lounge, and billiards room. Something for everyone.

the rooftop lounge
Right off the private pool deck, a lounge opens for indoor-outdoor living and entertaining with a fully equipped bar. The lounge includes a bespoke wooden bar with antique mirrored backdrop, a burl wood island with marble top, parquet wood flooring, and direct access to the rooftop terrace and pool deck with two covered areas for seating, dining, or yoga.

the home gym
The private gym overlooks the waterfront and is located near the pool, sauna, and steam room, featuring diamond-patterned cork flooring, mirrored walls with built-in storage.

Private pool
The private pool terrace is at the highest residential point in Villa Miami, with mosaic-inspired flooring and sweeping bay views. Featuring large-scale travertine terrazzo flooring, an integrated water feature, expansive sliding doors, and direct connections to the bar, gym, and billiards room.

There is no view in Miami with a vantage like this.
650 feet above the ground. 15,000 square feet all your own. Villa Triplo is a residence without comparison in Miami. A work of architectural ingenuity and design excellence. A modern manor, built in the sky. The views reach so far in the distance, the horizon begins to blur.
Designed for utmost privacy and unheard-of luxury, the Triplo is a self-contained universe all its own. Outside its doors, residents gain entry into the Copper Club, a curated amenity program in Villa Miami that includes membership to Major Food Group private clubs and access to the rooftop helipad, the private beach club, and private dining spaces. One address contains multitudes.
